Los Lynches were spared any long distance travel over the long weekend, and they were thankful for that fact, and other stuff too. However, they did make four trips down to the South Bay over the weekend.
Things started off on Wednesday with the Willow Glen High School Alumni Basketball game. In this action shot, Anne drives to the lane, completely oblivious to the wide open Nora Kiewlich (her sister) who stands wide open in the lane. I think the bottom of the backboard took a pounding on the ensuing layup try...
After the game, Anne sweatily posed with her old high school chums: Anne, Camila, Kari, Nicole, Paola and Laura (RAMS IN THE FRONT)
The next day, Los Lynches participated in the Applied Materials Silicon Valley Turkey Trot. In the first race, Anne pushed Anya in the single stroller, while Scott pushed Teaghan and Maeve in the double stroller.
Later, Maeve and Teaghan had their own individual races to run. In this action shot, if you look closely, you can see Teaghan heading for the finish line.
Los Lynches, post race(s).
After the races, Los Lynches travelled to Saratoga to have Thanksgiving Dinner with Great Grandma Joanna.
Anya enjoyed her first turkey and mashed potatoes bowl
After dinner, we retired to the garage to burn off calories. In yet another action shot, Teaghan attempts to kick a goal past her super reflexed mommy with limited success.
Anya and Great Grandma kept a close on the action from different vantage points.
While daddy busted out the 1995 video camera to capture the action.
Later still, Spider-Man battled Lamb-Girl. It was a draw.
Finally, it was bathtime. Anya is starting to get the hang of it, and was held steady by Great Grandma.
The obligatory group shot, this time with crazy angle.
Before heading out, Maeve and Teaghan got some quality time in with the toy carousel.
Mommy and Anya pose for the camera.
Then Daddy jumps in.
And then Great Grandma and Anya Great Grandma got in on the action.
Great Grandma was kind enough to keep an eye on the bigger kids as Mommy, Daddy and Anya headed to downtown Saratoga for the annual tree lighting and open house festivities.

Too bad you had nothing to do over the long weekend. GreatGranma is one lucky lady to have all of you around her.
Miss you,
